Luxurious Wedding Ceremony Is Not the Guarantee of Happiness

She was a beautiful girl from a poor family. She dreamed about becoming the Cinderella in real life when she was a little girl. She wished that one day, her Mr. Right would come and pick her up and she would lead a happy life from then on.

Because of her poverty, she could not go to school like all the other girls at the same age did. She had to give up her study and make money to help her family.

Encountered too many hardship in her early days, she became resentful to life. She just did not know why she should face so many problems while others all seemed to have a happy life.

She thought lacking of money was the main cause of her miserable life. So, she swore to make enough money so as to lead a happy life. However, she did not make her effort to do so, but chose a shortcut. She made it by accept the proposal of a millionaire who has already got married. The millionaire promised he would get divorce soon so that they can get married.

Before their wedding, she chose every piece of the necessity for their wedding by herself. Every piece of them was with the top brand. She chose the first class photographer, the most brilliant wedding dresses, the first class make-up artist to take the wedding picture ect.

Then, on her wedding day, each part of the ceremony was carefully planned. She wore different specially designed wedding dresses during each part of the ceremony so as to make each part different from the others. All in all, the ceremony was just the one she had been always dreaming about, beautiful wedding gowns, blooming flowers ect.

At that moment, she thought, “Now, I can get everything all the other girls can get, and even the things they can’t get. I had my unique wedding gowns, my luxurious wedding ceremony and rich husband. I finally can live as happy as all the other girls do.”

Not long after their wedding, however, her husband just fell in love with another beautiful young lady. She begged her husband not to divorce with her. Just as he broke down with his ex-wife, he got divorced with her without any hesitation.

Her dream to live a happy life was smashed into pieces. Unique wedding dresses, beautiful wedding pictures, luxurious wedding ceremony were just illusion of happiness.

The Day for Sherry’s wedding ceremony came. Wearing the unique beautiful white wedding dress, she was really attractive.

“You are so beautiful!” “You look really great! And your wedding dress is really marvelous.” These were the words she heard most on that day.

After a whole day’s celebration and all the guests left, Sherry took off the wedding dress to get it ready for return. Her face turned pale when she found that there was a small hole on the wedding dress. It must be caused by the spark of the fireworks, she thought.

But what would it do even she knew the causes? The point was that she will have to make compensate for it, 110 dollars. Although the hole was not noticeable, the shop-keeper would certainly know it as she cared this special expensive wedding dress so much.

At this time, her best friend came in and saw her depressed face, “What’s wrong?”

“See? I have to pay for it.” Showing the hole on the wedding dress to her friend, Sherry wept.

After checking, her friend comforted her, “There must be some solutions.”

Few minutes later, her friend cried out, “I have an idea! You see, there are six lilies here. If we can add one just like these ones, the shop-keeper wouldn’t notice that.”

“Yeah, that’s a good idea. I will buy some fabric which is just the same as the one those lilies are made of. That wouldn’t cost much! Thank you so much for your idea!” Sherry was so happy that she wouldn’t have to pay so much for the hole.

On the next day, Sherry carried out the plan and then took the wedding dress to the store for returning. As expected, the shop-keeper didn’t notice that there is one more lily on that wedding dress.

One week later when Sherry passed by the store, she saw the model with that beautiful wedding dress still stands beside the door. Different from what it was before, the lilies on it was seven, not six now.

Sherry was going to get married. This day, she and her good friend come to a store for leasing various wedding dresses to choose the wedding dress for her own wedding.

On entering the store, Sherry’s eyes were attracted by the white wedding dress on the model beside the door. It was so beautiful with the golden lace. And the six lilies on it were so vivid that they seemed to be the real lilies.

Without any further selection, Sherry asked, “What would be the rent for this one?”

“You have such an excellent insight! This one is imported from France and it is the unique one all over this area.” The shopkeeper said. “As the cost for this one is higher than others, the rent for it would surely be a little bit higher. The cash pledge for it is 800 and rent is 100 dollars.”

It was really a big amount to Sherry. Though she loved this wedding dress very much, she was still under hesitation.

“You can only wear the wedding dress once in your life. It is worth for doing so.” Sherry’s friend murmured to her.

Turning this matter in her mind, Sherry agreed with her friend.

Before they took this white wedding dress, the shopkeeper said, “I have to make one thing beforehand. You see, this wedding dress is unique. So, if any tiny damage caused to it, you should pay at least 110 dollars for the damage, ok?”

Sherry nodded her head after a short hesitation. “I wouldn’t be so unlucky. As long as I take care, no damage will be caused.” Sherry thought.

Full with satisfaction, Sherry took the golden lace wedding dress with her and left the store.

Wedding Dress Special for Her

When in university, he loved a beautiful girl who was his classmate. Since he was not outstanding, not handsome and did not have a wealthy family, he dared not to reveal his love for the girl. So, nobody knew his love for that girl.

One day, the girl was chatting with her friends, the girl said, “If there is one who can make a wedding dress special for me one day, I will marry him.” All her friends except him laughed loudly for her naïve joke. Fortunately, on that day, he was there. So, the saleswoman asked him to see if he allows. When he came out from his office and saw the girl, he offered the wedding dress for free, because the wedding dress was designed for her initially. He had been always waiting for this day when he can present this special wedding dress to her in person even though the bridegroom was not him.

What mine is yours! I am not joking. This is a slogan spreading in the website of Young Man Zone. Yesterday, one of my friends calls me and complains to me that he is planning to get married. At first, I am happy for him but why he is still worried. As for this problem, they have quarreled several times. He consults me that what he can do now. I think for a reasonable young man, we can purchase everything form the online-service. There are people hiring apartment for wedding, hire a doggy being your companion, or even hire a boy friend for spring festival. Hiring way is not just a simple solution for the temporary demands but it’s a spirit of saving. When you are buying a present, you should be rational that saving and enjoying are what you should be thinking.

So I tell my friend that the most romantic thing is not about those physical things, just like the luxury wedding dresses, but to stay with you forever happily. As what yours is hers.
